Church Gathering In Person 10:30 a.m. (EST) Sunday
In this sermon series, we’re going back to the garden to recapture God’s original intent for worship.
Inspired by the Holy Spirit, the leaders of 21st Century Church responded to a call to build*, to lay the foundation for any person thirsting for more–more adventure, more love, more unity, and more discipleship. And for anyone who thirsts for deep intimacy, knowledge, and purpose in God. That was on Friday, June 1, 2018.
With that vision in mind, on Sunday, September 20, 2020, 21st Century Church had its first public gathering during a year of Covid. The ministry’s mandate is to *Reimagine the 21st-century church as a societal movement in community based on the founder’s, i.e., Jesus’ intent.
Our confession remains that Jesus Is Lord, our vision is to remember Jesus always, and our mission is to seek the Kingdom of God first.
21st Century Church is a new church community in the Cincinnati area that envisions a multiplying fellowship of communities networked together. Having communities across the 52 neighborhoods in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky makes us uniquely a 21st Century Church.
We’re starting the New Year, prioritizing our relationship with God and our community through fasting! January 3rd-7th, we replace our regular meals with rice, beans, and prayer. Fasting this way allows us to exchange the time, energy, and resources we would’ve spent on our meals to gain clarity and closeness with God while investing in our communities. -Isaiah 58:1-11
